Description:
All parts of this plant are poisonous. The berries are reportedly the most toxic. If ingested they can cause dizziness, nausea and increased pulse rate. The berries were used by Native Americans to poison arrows. The roots have been used for menstrual problems although it is not recommended to be taken internally.
