Habitat: Grows along streams and moist areas usually at higher elevations.

Description:
This wild mint is native to North America. It can be used to make tea and used as a spice. It has a nice spearmint flavor. Often times you will smell it before you see it while walking along a stream. It has a very strong spearmint smell.
